This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of DripHue's services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.
DripHue may be used for legitimate email marketing purposes, including: Personalized email campaigns to opted-in subscribers; Transactional emails with dynamic content; Customer communication with proper consent; A/B testing of email creative elements.
You may not use DripHue to create, upload, transmit, or distribute content that: Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any laws; Infringes intellectual property rights; Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code; Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination; Involves child exploitation or abuse; Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit; Promotes illegal drugs or substances; Facilitates phishing, scams, or identity theft.
You may not: Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam); Harvest or collect email addresses without consent; Use purchased or rented email lists; Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; Interfere with or disrupt our Services; Attempt unauthorized access to our systems; Use automated tools to scrape our Services; Resell or redistribute our Services without permission; Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email regulations.
You must: Obtain proper consent before sending emails; Provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms; Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days); Include accurate sender information; Comply with anti-spam laws in recipient jurisdictions.
You retain ownership of your content but grant DripHue a license to process it. You must not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.
You must not abuse our Services through excessive API calls, bandwidth consumption, or other activities that degrade performance for other users.
DripHue reserves the right to: Monitor use of our Services for compliance; Investigate suspected violations; Remove content that violates this policy; Suspend or terminate accounts for violations; Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, report it to abuse@driphue.com
Violations may result in: Warning and request to cease violating activity; Temporary suspension of Services; Permanent termination of account; Legal action for damages; Reporting to relevant authorities.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
